Victor is a veteran government affairs professional with nearly two decades of experience in legislative policy, grassroots advocacy, and political campaigns. A trusted strategist with a battle-tested track record of success, Victor has driven major legislative victories and built powerful coalitions across sectors like education, healthcare, and technology. From the Capitol to the campaign trail, he knows how to navigate complex policy landscapes, build lasting relationships, and deliver results. With a deep understanding of government, advocacy, and strategy, he brings sharp insight and relentless execution to every client engagement. Based in Nashville, Victor partners with those ready to create real change.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rhodes College and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Christian Brothers University.
